Vizio L32HDTV10A Image Issues Can't Post

The TV "works" well enough in the sense that it turns on, and displays an image. The issue is that those images are way off in terms of brightness and color. I'm using both the RGB and the HDMI inputs. The RGB output is very dim and the color is skewed heavily towards blue-tinted everything. The image is also insanely dim. The HDMI is skewing heavily towards the red. The image is much brighter. It also will not show it in widescreen. The RGB input fills the screen just fine. Here is a photo:

Also, the remote has a bit of a quirk where if I try to access the menu functions, the TV will just turn off.

So what do you think? I'm sure if I have to replace a board, it isnt a big deal, but if you have some guidance in which one, or some repair tips short of that, that will be real helpful!

It's nothing but issues.

The television is not working.
The post is busted.
The picture has errors and cannot be displayed.
