Vizio TV E322VL, won't turn on. Vizio light just blinks

Hello,
My parents had a Vizio TV model number E322VL.
It's had this problem where it won't turn on, all it will do is the Vizio light on the front will just blink on/off.
It's had this issue in the past, and it would just all of a sudden start working again. But this time, we can't seem to get it to work.
I've already tried unplugging the unit, and pressing the power button for 30 seconds, but no luck there.
Does anyone have any ideas or testing that I could do?
I looked up a main board for it, and they seem to cost more than the TV is worth. So hoping it's a component I can replace and it will start back up.
It just seems odd that it's done this in the past, but those times it would eventually start back up.
