Vizio V755-J05 Backlight issues (passes flashlight test)

TV is about 13 months old. Passes flashlight test. Bought a replacement power board, but no change. I get 5 volts on the PS-ONOFF pin on the connector CON2 to the main board. If I disconnect one of the 2 LED power leads from the power board and measure voltage there, it's <1V with either power board. No puffy capacitors or burn spots on either board.
What should I check next? I'm not convinced that it's an LED strip problem given that I have no voltage at the power board LED connectors.
Thanks for any suggestions.
