omar;..... My help for you is going to be extremely limited... I do not work on LED/LCD or Plasma TVs... However , I can advise you on this situation.... Two of those caps appear to have bulged tops making them bad... In my Samsung TV the caps were 1,000 mfd @ 25 vdc... I replaced ALL 4 of them with 1,000 mfd @ 35 vdc... I have no idea what the "W7E PET" stands for , but , the important thing to go by is the value (mfd) & the vdc rating... My suggestion would be to replace ALL 4 caps... IF you have a RadioShack or any local electronic parts store , they should have them on the shelf in stock as those are very common caps... They also should have cheap soldering irons for sale... A 30~50 watt iron should do the job nicely.... When you get them , notice that they ARE polarized caps with as "+" & "-" connection... They must be replaced EXACTLY as the bad ones came out... IF you put the caps in the wrong way , you WILL blow the caps & possibly do other circuit damage... The "-" lead on the caps will have a white stripe down the outside of the cap... Make sure that lead goes in the proper hole ("-") in the board... I'd also recommend you get some desoldering braid with embedded resin... That will help you remove the old solder from the bad cap connections... You will also need about 2 feet of good resin core solder... For help on how to solder , try one of these tutorials;=>... http://www.google.com/...gle+Search&gbv=2 EDIT;.... Quote There are 4 capacitors in the same row 2 seem to be OK, these seem smaller in sizeCheck the mfd on ALL 4 caps... In my TV they were all the same size & value... Hope this helped..... Good Luck.... ...... Later...Ron.M.... ... Veteran & Retired TV technician
