Wavy picture on 1994 Magnavox 27" TV

I have a 27" Magnavox, circa 1994, model HD2715C202, with a wavy picture like a few people have already posted. They were told to repalce a bad cap 100mfd@250 volts (or @200 volts) behind the hi-volt transformer or near str 30130 regulator. Having never worked on TVs, I don't want to do this myself (unless it is a really simple process). Can I walk into a repair shop and tell them this is what needs to be done? And what should I expect to pay for this repair? Thanks!
