Westinghouse 39" TV Repair

Hi all,
I've been wrestling with this one for the past few weeks and decided to post here before deciding to give up.
Model: Westinghouse EW39T6MZ 39" LED TV
Symptoms: The screen goes to black. When I turn on the power, the Westinghouse logo displays for one second, then fades away. Additionally, the red light that indicates power turns off after a little bit
What I've Tried: I replaced the board in the back with a new one from ShopJimmy and the same thing happened. I also tried a new AC Adapter - didn't work either
Question: I know there are multiple ways to diagnose what the issue is with the TV to try and isolate the issue. But, the back of the TV only has ONE board and I've already tried replacing that one, which didn't fix the issue. Since there is only one board, is there anything else I can try to do to fix this thing before just buying a new one?
