ZENITH VIDEO PROBLEM Can't Post

I have a Zenith model SJ-2726EW6, the problem with the set is that it has static on the screen, at least that is what it looks like...so much interference that you can hardly see the picture under all that hash.. I tested all caps, diodes and resistors.. the high voltage is good 26KV +, I replaced the FBT, I thought it could be arcking inside, no change.I put the chassis on a new tube and replaced the tuner and still no change. I am at a lost to what could cause this.. The set was in a basement for many years and is 12 years old..Any help would be greatly appreciated...
