Zenith 27" TV SF2795W2 Can't Post

TV has been good, but lately all the pictures of people look like coneheads. I cannot find any verticle size adjustment. Is there something I am missing or not looking in the right place? Thank you

Where did you look for the vertical size adjustment?
It might be inside. Also some sets now set the adjustments with the service menu.

Alan; Thanks for the reply. I did not look inside, just all over the back of the set and the also the menu which has no option for the size adjustment. Do you think I have to look inside?

I'm not familiar with that TV but it could be inside if the TV is too modern. You won't find the technician adjustments on the regular menu ( I assume that is where you were looking).
You have to go to the service menu, and that menu can VERY dangerous. You can change things that would require you to take it to a shop. If you decide to take the back off, post again and maybe I can help you look for the vertical adjustment.

only a suggestion if i may!
it might be one of the 3 chips that are screwed into the side of the chassis you know the kind that sets upward some have three prong connection on it and some may very to dunno how many i never counted
and they have the snaps on them to hold it in place some times i figure that it might be a heat sink that it screws into just maybe it could be one of those that has lost some connection to it. try sodiering the connections for those chips. and do please be careful as the other gentalman in here has said do be careful as for you can make yourself a serious problem for your tv or yourself. thank you and have a nice day!p.s if you are not sure or confident in doing this please do take it to a repair shop as for you can result in serious injury if you cross the wrong things on your board ! please do respect your tv as for it can be the most worst encounter you ever expierence. if you make the wrong connection that is a major word of caution!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please do ask around your tv repair shops for suggestions on this topic before tring anything.

Herman, there is no adjustment in this set that will fix your problem. Cause is most likely bad electrolytic capacitors in the vertical circuit. Like one of the previous responders said, if you dont know what you are doing take it to a repair shop.
