Zenith 27" when power is turned on, its alway on channel 78	Can't Post

I have a Zenith 27" Model SLS 9550S5. It was build in 1993. Every time I turn it on its always on channel 78. It didn't use to be like this. Does anyone know if there is a battery or a cap that hold the memory for the channels and sound??

An EEPROM stores this info. For a Zenith this age, your problems are probably just starting given their reliability history. You might want to check out www.FreeFlatScreens.com/?r=10948674 for an opportunity to earn a free replacement for this set with a little effort on your part.
