Zenith PVR6069RK Covergence?

Zenith PVR6069RK, The convergence appears to have shut off. A point of light shows up as 3 separate dots. A flash appears about ever 1.3 seconds. The picture is distorted at the top with a curve up at each end & at the bottom it is distorted down. Are their common problems with Zenith convergence?
