LG 50PF95 stuck on standby	Can't Post

hi there i have a LG 50PF95 plasma the tv is stuck in standby

only standby light comes on and the volume, program up and down lights come on.

anyone help what might be the problem? does the red led standby usually indicate a power supply problem with these sets?

anyone please advize

thanks dan, read the pdf just states either no power and no led or power and green led to red.

however my tv is just stuck on red led.

any ideas?
