LG 55lm6200 wide white bars???? Bad panel? or Board?

I have an LG 55lm6200 that is displaying 3 wide transparent white bars on the right side all the time and some white wash issues. You can see through them. I have searched but nothing like this exists on the web. Has anybody seen this before and is it a bad panel or just something a lot cheaper. I was wondering if it is worth buying the TV for $100 or if it is a waste of time and money. Thanks in advance. <br>
