LG MZ-42PZ14 green light flashes and then goes back onto standby	Can't Post

LG MZ-42PZ10 when i turn the power on and push standby to turn the tv on the green light flashes 5 - 6 times then goes back onto standby.

Can anyone help me.

either the power supply board or possibly the front panel as i have had several LG's with front PDP panel faulty, in which case the tv is toast.
