Misakai Picture Setting

I have Misakai MTV3201. It is an analog but works as good as digital. That is until I messed up its settings and now I can not undo it.
Is anybody has this brand and model and you could give me the numbers on Picture Setting. please? For example. what is the number I should put for Brightness?
I also searched info to set it up to its factory setting but could not find it, not even mentioned in the manual.
