Mitsubishi vs-5043 PIP issue

I have recived a Mitsubishi vs-5043 from a friend that has the no picture but good audio issue. I have searched all over the net and all the forums here and they all point to leeky caps.
I have pulled the PIP board and looked at it and there is no visibale dammage from the caps. I have read about the PIP bypass that might be able to solve this issue but I have a problem with this.
All the bypass instructions state to jumper some pins on the VP plug with caps. My PIP board p/n 635D2860 doesn't have a VP plug. The plugs on it are marked GE and GF. One is a 13 pin plug and one is a 9 pin plug.
Can anyone tell me if this board can be bypassed and if so witch pins/plugs to jumper with caps?
