I have an RCA 27 inch that will not start-up. I had this problem once before and repaired it by replacing u18101 3.3 voltage regulator on the pip board. I replaced it again but this time it did not fix the problem. It will try to start-up 3 times and then shut down. If I pull the pip board out then the tv will start-up. Is there something on the main board that could cause this or should I replace the pip board? Any help would be appreciated.
