ZENITH PARTS VALUE NEEDED

I need the value of resistor 3216 that is on a small board that is connected to module 9-454, there is a transformer that goes to the Horizontal output transistor on this board ,this is on the 160 volt line.. The Zenith is a SB2727P3 model..The relay clicks but no HV or sound
