blurring Colors on SONY KP-46V15 need advice

HAve a SONY KP-46V15 AND THE PICTURE AND SOUND ARE THERE ITS JUST THE COLORS ARE BLENDED AND JUST OFF COLORED. Picture almost looks concave. On the tv i cannot find a ( tint , color , brightness option i dont even think the tv has them. THe tv just has a picture option. I was just wondering if anyone knows what possibly might be wrong with it and how much it would cost........maybee i can do it my self? Any help would be appreciated.
