hi, i've got a 4yr. old 36" toshiba reg tube tv. the problem i am having is when i turn it on the picture is very blurry...as it warms it slowly gets clearer, after about 20 min. the pic is clear. if i turn if of then right back on its fine. it only does this when its been off a while. any ideas?
