We just purchased a Panasonic Quasar 27" TV model SP 2724, When we turn it on, the picture is a little "jumpy." Then, it becomes one narrow horizontal band across the middle of the screen. I cannot get the TV out of this mode.
The next time I turn it on it repeats this process and occasionally retains the full screen picture. What can I do?
