daewoo audio/video problem

Hello there recently I've been having a problem with my tv. Its an older daewoo not sure of the model number as the sticker on the back is unreadable, But heres the problem.
After about 3-4 hours the tv will go totaly snowy and roll the audio sounds like im getting no signal at all and is scratcy and drum beating sounds. also after about 2 hours if I go to turn the volume up or down the on screen display will be all messed up, and I turn the volume up it looks all distorted and will leave red and yellow boxes on the bottom of the screen
any ideas sugjestions?
