i have(had) a RCA mod 36650 36in TV and was working fine till a severe thunder storm struck while i was at work.Come home and NO TV.I took the back cover off and checked the fuze and its good.i plug it in and turn it on and i hear a click,the green light flashes a few times and thats it,NOTHING,NADA.Is there any certain part that lightning takes out or is it JUNK.Like to fix it
