Moved recently. Have a GE 36 inch TV. TV does turn on, picture is very blurry. I am using an antenna. When trying to change channel either on TV set or with remote, numbers switch, but TV is not actually showing different stations.
Can you help?

go thru the guide plus setup. when it asks you if you have a vcr or cable box, say no to both. then reprogram tv.
