icture on 5yr old zenith not appearing, sounds on I was messing with the menu and lost picture, any ideas, it's a zenith 27 "sentry 2 model thanks in advance

Having problem getting picture to come back on on my 27"zenith century 2 model I have sound, can change channels,but no way of telling what chanel any suggestions would sure be appreciated
