ilo 26-hd need help	Can't Post

hi i have a 26 in. hd ilo tv that i got second hand and it did not work but i want to fix it the model on the back is ILO-26HD. and i searched on here and found nothing on this t.v. the problem is that you can turn the tv on buy the front panel on the tv but thats all you can do it will not change channel or anything i have read a lot of post about these tv having the same problems but i need to know what the problem is and what parts i need to order to fix it right now it is stuck on channel 06 and thats all i can watch on it . it gets a great pic on it and i would like to fix it if it would not be to much for the parts so if someone knows what i need or a part # then that would be great i have seen tons of parts on ebay for these tv but i dont know what i need . thanks for any help

it may have the child lock on .does it change with the remote?

no it will not work with the remote first thing i thought was the remote was dead so then i put new battarys in it . still the same thing so then i got up and turned it on by the power button and it came on but when i try to change the channel in the tv by the buttons on it nothing works at all on the tv butthe power button

something like that happened to my tv, same brand. my channel fav button was on for some reason and it locked the channel. try that it hope it helps.

i dont have the factory remote i have a cheap philips universal remote but it turns the tv on and off but the vol and chanels dont work at all on the tv or remote

i tried it on mine and it locked it right up,hit the button it comes back. i will check my book to see if you can order one. try doing a search for replacement foctory remotes.
