Hi guys

Got a Samsung le40a656a1f that won't power on, the pic is of the board and what I think is the problem, can anyone advise me if I am correct?

It IS 'a problem,' but to say with certainty that is all that's involved at this point would be premature.

Replace like with like (or better).
