lg 60LB7100-UT Turns on, has sound, THEN led Turns off.

60LB7100-UT Turns on, has sound, lights up 3 seconds and led off. What I have tried so far. If I hold up flashlight I see a picture.
1) Replaced POWER SUPPLY board (EAY63072701) tried 2 differnt ones.
2) Replaced LG EBT62874205 Main Board twice.(2 know working boards)
Still getting same issue. What else would cause LED's to light up then go off? I havnt replaced T-Con Board 6870C-0484A but not sure I need that considering there is a picture with a flashlight.
