I got an old zenith tv and i wanna hookup a dvd/vhs combo to it. Now i got the sound to work but i can get a picture i dont have a remote for the tv and there is no input buttion on the actual tv. so woodnt it just be a certain channal i have 2 be on? that doesnt seem 2 be the case either.
its hooked up 2 my reciever with the rca cords, audio and video and hooked up 2 the tv with a cable cord
You have to go to your menu function and change the input to "VIDEO" if you want to use the RCA jack inputs. Otherwise, your set should be tuned to channel 3 if you are going through the tuner. Invest in a cheap universal remote with a menu function and save yourself some hassle.
