We have a Panasonic 27'' color tv. Moel no. ct-27g7df, chassis jp363. It has no audio no video, but there is raster.

What he means is there is a raster which is a gray screen with no video content. My question would be do you use the AV sockets and plug and unplug a lot. If so chances are the AV switching got spiked , if not then its anything from the tuner to the jungle IC or a missing supply voltage

The television has been pluged into the outlet for the longest while, it is not always being taken off the outlet or main power.

The answer is no, you are not using AV, you are using an RF or antenna signal, so check the end of my last post.

thanks so much we happened to change the jungle ic and every thing was back to normal.
