panasonic oled curry's refusing repair

any advice please , i will try keep it short as poss, bought a panasonic oled from currys 10 month ago , been in for repair once they changed motherboard, screen & other bits, 6 weeks later same problem occurred back in for repair just had a call from them their returning it un repaired the engineer said he found a trace of glue on a ribbon on the motherboard and thinks its been tampered with ? is this possible why would anyone put glue on a ribbon could this have occurred during previous repair? any advice please
