panasonic 50 inch plasma tv manf may 2009 model TC50Ps14

wont power on get 9 red blinks

when yoyu power it on it clicks and then powers off right away with 9 blinks

any ideas?? i know panasonic has a blinking code for troubleshooting but can ayone assist me in finding out what 9 blinks means

The guide that I sent is not very clear but further research confirms that there is an error between the main CPU and panel MPU (A board).
