i have a phillips magnavox tv model#6p5430-w102 a water bug some how got into the back of it and was fried on the main glass fuse. the fuse did'nt blow but part #L417 on the main board did burn completly out and the tv won't power up at all no power. i do not have a schematic for this tv if any one could advice me on what part this is and or where i can get another one, or where i may send my board in for repair i will be very grateful.
