philips chassis L01.1A	Can't Post

I am repairing Philips tv model 29pt2252/68r,chassis L01.1A.Have burn FBT,and replace original type.But tv still cannot turns on just for few secs than shutdown without led lights.By using SDM I got Led blink as below :

1 long blink
1 short blink
6 short blink
1 short blink
4 short blink
2 short blink
1 long blink
-sequence start again.
What are the error code actually.

1 blinks = overvoltage protection

6 blinks = 12C error while communicating w/sig processor

4 blinks = 12C error while communicating w/snd processor

2 blinks = high beam current protection
