picture off-centered, what can I do? Can't Post

Hi,

I have a Panasonic CT-36SX12 for about 1 month and I recognized an off-centered picture. The picture is slightly stretched vertically and there's maybe 1/2 inch missing at the top, that you can't see. Also the picture is squeezed on the left side a little bit and there also maybe 1/2 inch of the picture missing. You can recognize that clearly when you look at the station's logo at the bottom right (NBC, TNT or whatever) it's too far to the left. Also when you have a logo or an icon that should be exactly in the middle, it's not it's a little shifted to the left.
Ideal would be if you could adjust this like a computer monitor, where you can control the placement of the picture horizontally and vertically and strech and squeeeze the picture freely. But the CT-36SX12 doesn't have that feature.

Is there an easy way to fix this? Like some turn knobs in the back of the TV? Or do I have to get a technician for this? I don't have a service contract, so is this covered by warranty?

thanks a lot for any help.Smile

Alex
