Well it probably has a "vertical hold" control inside.
The best way to find it, is follow the leads from yoke back to the
chassis. Two leads go to the horizontal and two leads go to the vertical.
You should also see a "vertical size' control nearby.
The control might be hard to see as it could be on the chassis under the picture tube and hard to see. Sometimes you have to pull the chassis back.
Make sure you have the power cord disconnected.
Post again after you have found it, before you try the adjustment.
