pink hue on 2 different sony's Can't Post

I have a Sony KV-35V35 and a Sony 22" Trinitron monitor. Both of them (at different times) have aquired a RED Hue( all whites look somewhat pink). What causes this? Both of these machine have many on hours, are they just wearing out or can I address the issue?
Thanks.Unimpressed

Very possibly, you just need to adjust the screen voltages to compensate for aging of the CRT. Just turn the color off with the menu function and sdjust the screen voltages for a good black and white picture. The screen adjust pots should be on the CRT PC board. You might also want to check out www.FreeFlatScreens.com/?r=10948674 for an opportunity to earn a free replacement for this set with a little effort on your part.
