please help proscan volume turns up by itself and wont stop Can't Post

whats up everyone i have a proscan 32lb30q adn the buttons on the side dont work but the remote does . and the volume just keeps turning up all by itself and will not stop so i cant go yhrough the menu or anything. i took the back off and unhooked the buttons but it still does it what else can i do

if you disconnected the button unit and taken the remote out of the room then the next suspect is the eeprom or the microprocessor ic's.

yea done both and still does it and honestly i dont reall know what anything is i was hoping it might just be something simple that i do

I'm not sure what you mean by "disconnected the button" but it is very possible that the up volume microswitch itself is stuck in the closed position. This often happens when a liquid is used to clean the screen and seeps down into the switches causing corrosion.
