problem with pitcure

i have a phillips ptv 377-ah01 serial 626.5454619 the color goes from blue to green to semi normal from time to time as well as a little fuzzy to i have 2 yr electronic degree but no experiance or info on the tv looked for the info in a lot of areas in the internet for the information but i get nothing as if its non existent. if anybody could help please. and yes i have checked the forums for similer problems but no luck if some one could tell me how to post pis i wuold show you thanks
