question about electronic focus.. and convergence menu Can't Post

what does it mean when i have to turn the electronic focus untill it warms up then you have to turn it back to make it perfect.. when you first turn it on the green is out of focus.

its a philips 60inch 8p6054 c102..

i changed the coolant in the crts by carefully taking the lens off the top and sucking it out.

i did not spill any, and the picture has gotten beautiful after i did that. it was completly unwatchable before..

i have spend many many hours in the 962597 Menu screen adjusting the squars.. when i started the red and the blue was on both sides of the green and the grid was way off the screen.. does it matter how far off the screen the grid goes? i have called a tv guy, he said to get a new tv heh.

im having a problem with the lower right corner, when i adjust it so its pretty lined up, the logo on the tv channels are blurry. i cant seem to get the blue to go completly into the green on that one corner.

any ideas or help?
