rca no power	Can't Post

I have a rca 42LA45RQ that won't turn on and the standby light don't come on. I have checked the power supply board and the fuse and the capacitors are not blown or burnt. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

anyone have a pdf of the service manual for this tv? I've looked everywhere and can't find on to help tell what connector pin suppose to have power and how much. thanks
