retrace lines go away as tv warms up Can't Post

Hi! i have an older 13 or14 inch rca tv 82-85 maybe older can,t read model no or manufacture date.faded away.when i first turn it on there are white retrace lines about a half inch wide at the top of the screen.as the tv warms up they go away and the picture is fine.trying to locate the fault by spraying cooler on the electrolytic caps in vertical circuit.haven,t sprayed them all as far as i know, but is it a cap or can it be something else?also i get that high pitched sound when i move the circuit board.i can make it go away or come back could that be a cold solder joint? resoldered the flyback most of it anyways.(not your typical looking flyback) turned screen adjustment but made no change.any ideas! Thanks!Unsure
