roaring lcd tv	Can't Post

Hi, I have a 32" Technika LCD TV that works fine most of the time. But sometimes when I turn it on, there is no picture and a very loud roaring noise coming from the TV. Very loud. When the noise starts the TV will not turn on.

Is it worth repairing or should I scrap it?
