Hello all,new to here and hoping to find a solution.
Out of nowhere,the tv stopped reacting to the remote,and all side buttons except power and menu buttons when pushed will only go from AV,Component,Cable-on and on..volume can't be changed.got new remote-same thing-no response-but the red lite when remote is used-it flashes rapidly...replaced remote control board-same problem...i've looked for quite some time and this problem hasn't come up.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance...i've checked caps-all look good-running out of things to check for.

just as an experiment today-i pulled the plug to the side buttons just to see....wow!!!!!..the remote and all settings worked...WHO-HOO!!!

gonna get a new side button board...just wanted to share if someone has the same problem!!

I was going to suggest that it could be a stuck button on the panel. Good for you to find out where the problems was. Smile
