ok so i have a sanyo 27 in crt tv im sut sure of the model i cant find it but i have the lines at the top of the tv i took a picture they dont show up when im watching somthing that is wide screen but full screen stuff has it can i fix this

oh so if i can locate thease compacitors were can i get replacement ones

Try in a compacitor shop, failing that any shop that sells electronic parts, Tandy etc you might be lucky. But as you need to solder them in, forget it, this is beyond your experience.
