scraches on face of tv Can't Post

is there any way to remove scraches from the face of a tv.looks like somebody took a diamond ring to the glass.i know using pummis and a buffer can remove certain flaws in glass, but not sure about if these scratches will come out.maybe i should post on the glaziers site hehe.

Here at the shop when a custmer has this problem we send them to the local windshield repair shop, most times they can buff out these scratches

You can buff the scratch out yourself with a driil motor and buffing wheel using plain white toothpaste as an abrasive.

Hi!so this won,t dull the screen where the scratches are?well i,ve got the drill and toothpaste,i,ll see if the hardware store carries a buffing wheel.would this be the same type of buffing wheel you would use for buffing a car after it,s been waxed?

Actually, it will make the spot just a little brighter but it isn't really noticable while watching the TV. I use a 2" circular pad which is like a grinding wheel but is cloth instead.
