sharp 20v s200 snowy picture and noisy sound

Hi,
Last week my sharp tv was totally dead set and I was found out that IX1791CE (switching regulator IC) was shorted between drain and source pins that's why the fuse was blown up. After replacing IX1791CE with a new one the picture and sound are back but the picture is snowy and the sound is noisy even when turn the unit in video input mode (initially black screen w/ no input video signal) the sound still noisy.
Can you help me if I miss something after replacing the switching regulator (IX1791CE)? How can I eliminate the snowy picture and noisy sound on this unit? Thanks in advance!
