Hi, I have sony bravia kdl32bx300. No picture, no backlight, no audio, just green power light which blinks once every 30 sec with clicking sound.
I have measured voltage on ps connector and main board connector and they are all ok except BL-ON, no voltage at all. I also noticed when green power light blinks all voltages drop down to zero and then rise again every time. Remote not responding. Is it PS board or main board problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Unplug CN6401 and check voltages at PS board where connector was.

When I discoonnect CN6201 (connector on my PS board) only present voltages are: pin1-stdby-3.3v and pin2-AC det off-3.3v. No green power light present.

Which power board? Third one down, I'm guessing. Unfortunately Not covered in the SM for THAT Model.

Board is: SONY G2LSD Power Board PSU 3L314W. So you think it's power board problem and main board is ok?

Right now I'm just trying to find the correct service literature for YOUR set of boards. I found the manual for your reported TV model, but neither of the two power boards it covers are yours. Give me some time to do more research.

One line above those on same sticker ?147420811?

Also, have you visually examined the Inverter board for puffed caps or open surface mount fuses?

Numbers on PS board sticker are: 147420811-00165248 G2LSD 3L314W.
Inverter board seemed to be ok, but beneath PS board one chip resistor marked 104 is melted.
