I called for support, and they had me do a reset. It still did not work. I am getting 9 blinks of the light when I turn power on, with on response from the TV. Curiously enough, I noticed that if I unplug it when the light is blinking and plug it back in, the tv comes on. Very strange.... Any idea what part would need to be replaced in order to correct this. Thanks so much!
