I just fired up this TV and updated to latest Firmware per Samsungs website. and now the screen is black and do not see Samsung logo.
I hear the start up tone but nothing on screen,

I had a DVD player in Port 1 for testing and I can hear it but cannot see any picture.

Is there anything I can do? Is there a way to bring it back to factory?

Why was firmware being installed?

Although I CAN find model at Samsung US owners site, I only see Energy Guide in their downloads area.

Unit had been sitting for 2 years in our closet at work. Normally at work we always update the firmware (Some tv's use Reach).
It's just second nature.

The firmware is there if you hit More.

I was thinking of trying to do it again by figuring out the menu.

AH Crap , if you click the ? it says its for the 40" model , stupid website.

I guess what I can do is try to update ONLINE and see if it will download proper one over the top.
