I have a lg 47lm6700-ua. My 3 year old recently squirted the tv with a water bottle and a Vertical bar shows on one side of my screen. After it was taken apart i found a blueish residue on the ic board that feeds directly to the lcd panel. I am assuming it was corresion. Just dont know how to tell if it shorted out the tcon board or is its the whole panel. how do i tell if i have bad t con board vs a bad panel?
